This opportunity costs you nothing at all. The Fitness Pro Travel Affiliate Program is a part of any premium account, there is no additional charge to apply and there is no minimum sales requirement. Just by being an activated premium member (Travel, Medallion, or Enterprise) you qualify.
It's Easy to Use
Completing the "Tell A Friend" (this tool not currently available) form is as easy as sending an email. You can customize the message to personalize and we suggest personally letting them know your experiences and why they may want to try a teaching vacation and/or a premium community membership. Your personal affiliate link is automatically included. You may also utilize the html link provided on your affiliate area summary page to create a hyperlink from any text you place on your website. You may even just give your affiliate number to a friend and they can enter it while creating an account to provide you credit.

Track and Earn Commissions
Our summary and detail reports allow you to monitor and track all sales and generated from your efforts as well as viewing when payments have been made. All links from your site to our site contain a unique identifier so that we can credit you when a purchase is made.
Tracking orders
A cookie is created and can be stored on the PC of each visitor that comes from your site or uses your email link, ensuring that you will be properly rewarded for purchases made after his or her initial visit. At any moment you can access the FPT site to find the number of orders and commissions attributed to you. This cookie is set to last for at least 45 days but may survive longer. Once your referral has created an account following your affiliate link, they're account is tied to yours and a smaller percentage will be credited to you for the lifetime of their membership and as long as you maintain your qualifying premium account status.
Compensation
Commissions are paid monthly by check. Payments are net of any customer returns, taxes and all shipping and handling fees. Total monthly commissions less than $50 will be rolled over and added to the following month's affiliate commission total. Payments will be paid issued on the first business day of the month following the 30 day period after commission is earned.
Offerings within this site are provided from both FIT Launch, Inc. and Fit Bodies, Inc. Depending upon account activity type you may receive affiliate checks from one or both companies.
Commission Rates
Are variable based upon your account type. The commission payable to a premium membership order (designated as "account" in your records) will be at 20% of the total value of the order for Enterprise. It will be 15% for Medallion accounts and at 8% for Travel accounts. Once your referral has created their account utilizing your affiliate code we track their future (commissionable) site use. Medallion members will be credited 1% of all future Travel or Product purchases. Enterprise accounts will receive 2% of future activities of their referred account.

Other affiliate opportunities outside of Fitness Pro Travel may be offered to our partnering outside sites. The commission rates for those programs may not be the same as above and will be designated before your participation is encouraged.
We reserve the right to accept, reject or terminate affiliates
Our affiliate program is open to any individual or internet site that completes the application and is approved for a premium account but, FIT Launch, Inc. reserves the right to refuse an application for any reason, or for any cause that they might judge, in their sole discretion, not in the interest of the company or their site, Fitness Pro Travel. Notably, we will refuse sites containing violent, or racist images or opinions, or those sites which could be judged detrimental to FIT Launch, Inc. brand image. Furthermore, FIT Launch, Inc. reserves the right to terminate an affiliate agreement.
Term of Agreement
The Agreement between an affiliate and FIT Launch, Inc. (for account referral commissions) starts once the Fitness Professionals account has been created and the "Payout Information" has been entered. This Agreement will be in existence until such time as either party has notified the other party that they wish to terminate the partnership for any reason. The effective date of such termination is immediate upon receipt of such notification.
The Agreement between an affiliate and Fit Bodies, Inc. (for account travel commissions) starts once the Fitness Professionals account has been created and the "Payout Information" has been entered. This Agreement will be in existence until such time as either party has notified the other party that they wish to terminate the partnership for any reason. The effective date of such termination is immediate upon receipt of such notification.
Should the Fitness Professional choose to drop the level of their membership after referring in other members, the 1% or 2% on going commissions will end for those accounts.
Publicity
You are not permitted to create, publish, distribute, or permit any written material that makes reference to us without first submitting such material to us for our written consent. This includes Pay Per Click ads (PPC) and email campaigns. Exclusion exists to write personal commentary utilizing the "Tell A Friend Feature". We agree this will not be unreasonably withheld.
Best effort affiliate tracking
FIT Launch, Inc. commits to a best effort affiliate referral tracking and shall not be held accountable for any missed referral due to technical difficulties, loss or corruption of data or site visitor actions. Visitor actions affecting a referral include but are not limited to flushing of their browser cookies or disabling cookies in their browser.
Modifications
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, at any time to modify the terms and conditions of this agreement. You will be notified by e-mail of any modifications. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to refuse such change which will automatically terminate the agreement.
Dispute under this contractual relationship
Any dispute under the terms and conditions of this agreement will be subjected to the laws of the State of Washington and heard in Snohomish County.
