If you could breathe, you could do Yoga...
There are so many myths out there regarding the practice of Yoga.
The very common one is about having to be flexible, and to get twisted into various “pretzel” poses in order to practice Yoga.
This is the farthest thing from the truth because it is by engaging in a consistent Yoga practice that you become more flexible. Simple stretches practiced on a regular basis could greatly improve one’s flexibility, and you would be surprised to see or more precisely ... to FEEL how quickly the body adapts!
Allow yourself 10 minutes of stretching in the morning when you awaken, and 10 minutes before bed time and you will notice the difference in no time at all....and maybe even feel a little bit taller each time! Don't forget that If you could breathe, you could do Yoga!
While Yoga provides an amazing S-T-R-E-T-C-H...Here are some of the other many benefits that a regular Yoga Practice provides:

When practicing Yoga you experience an overall feeling of well being and peace.
So go ahead and start your practice by taking it nice and slow, respecting your
limits and being patient with your body. After all...it’s Yoga Practice, not Yoga Perfect!
