I have B.S. in medical technology from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia, I have worked in the field until my second child was born.  I have stayed home to raise my kids, and along the way I have become an instructor and have been teaching for 17 years.  I am also in a process of becoming a wellness coach.
