MyClassPro was developed when we saw a need for some kind of online scheduling system for Trainers
who operate outside of the large fitness corporations. We found some Trainers were getting buried with
scrap-paper notes from phone calls from Clients throughout the day (and night). While there were a few
options available, feedback we received stated those options were too time consuming, too difficult, or too
expensive.

Our Goal: To help Trainers save time, save money, and stay organized.

With simplicity in mind, we released the first basic version of MCP to a limited number of Trainers in
February of 2008 allowing the system to be “Trainer Tested, Client Approved”.

We’ve grown a lot since then, adding more features and attracting more Trainers, and we’re not finished
yet! We’re always on the lookout for new feature ideas and always open to suggestions from Trainers.

Customer Support is always important, not just in the beginning. We offer free support for as long as an
account is active. We’re always happy to help or answer questions, no matter how large or small.
