Ernesto Bustamante

My name is Ernesto and I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching for over four years.  I currently reside in Delray Beach in Florida with my wife.  I am a freelance paralegal part time, as well as teach Girl's Basketball.  Most notably, I teach various forms of yoga around the area.

My yoga instruction is informed by my own creative process as a teacher and from my exploration of the therapeutic process from well-trained instructors.  I have learned through repetition that truly participating in any form of experimentation leads to transformation, whether it be physical, psychological or intellectual.  

My goal is to engage students of yoga in a dialogue between their conscious and their unconscious selves.  It is through that effort that we potentiate our personal grace through this ancient system.  It is my intention as an educator to connect with each student in that most rigorous effort to be grounded, to grow upwards and to open the heart in order to create joy in themselves, to feel more than to force in hopes that they find their dharma.
