Transfers are available from Salvador airport for $70 rt per adult and $40 per child.

Suzelle’s comments: Wow – this place is beautiful.  The sea is crashing on rocks and sand although the Brazilians prefer the pool.  I recommend going a day early since most flights go through the night into Rio.  Spend the day there on a sight-seeing expedition and take the last flight out to Salvador that evening. There is quite a language barrier because the staff and most of the guests speak Portuguese and don’t have a command of the English language.
