The Fit Bodies, Inc. teaching pros receive the Escape to Luxury Plan for themselves and one adult guest. See details below. Two children are permitted, but not included in your plan to teach fitness. Maximum room occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children under 18. It's 0-4 free, 5-12 $60, 13-17 $90 These rates are per child per night.
Escape to Luxury All Inclusive Package, includes breakfast daily at Horizons, lunch daily at Mangoes or Jerk Center, dinner daily at Horizons, beer, wine, cocktails, soft drinks. Service gratuities are not included and we ask you tip based on your discretion.
Guest instructors can book Club MoBay at special rate, mention Fit Bodies when you reserve.
Schedule for Fitness Pros (Tentative and subject to change)
Schedule is dependent on number of pros on property and particular seasons (weather). Exact schedule will fluctuate from one week to the next and Fit Bodies Inc. will be coordinating your schedule in advance.
Group fitness pros - lead cardio, sculpt and aqua classes. Expect to teach 1 kids fitness classes each week unless a Kids Fitness Instructor is on property. Two afternoon off during the week.
Yoga/Pilates pros - lead yoga or pilates classes to resort guests. Expect to teach 1 kids yoga or teen pilates classes each week unless a Kids Fitness Instructor is on property.
Kids Fitness Pro - lead 2 or 3 45 minute classes per day to children ages 4-12.
All positions will have at one afternoon off and are generally 2 classes per day.
Tennis Pro - Two hours each morning except Thursday. Thur is round robin tourney hosted by guest tennis professional.
Gift Fund Options
There are no additional gift fees or obligations for fitness and yoga instructors. Tennis professionals are required to take one case of unopened tennis balls.
Transfer Information

I love this resort. This is where I stay when I am in Montego Bay. I enjoy the trade wind that is always blowing as you teach your classes overlooking the Caribbean. I always set up my office in the Cohoba Lounge with a glass of wine, a bowl of nuts and fabulous people watching.
