Schedule for Fitness Pros (Tentative and subject to change)
Group Fitness - Teach cardio classes of your choice 8AM, your specialty class at 9:30 and aquasize 11:30, half hour. Aqua is mandatory. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays. Wednesday is your tour day, teach 1 class at 5:00PM and Saturday only 1 class at 9:30AM.
Zumba - Teach Zumba classes at 8AM, and 9:30 and aquasize or Zumba Aqua 11:30, half hour. Aqua is mandatory. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays. Wednesday is your tour day, teach 1 class at 5:00PM and Saturday only 1 class at 9:30AM.

"I love my morning run around the 100 acres of lush mountainside where the villas are located and on through the pier and beach area. The Reef Terrace is my favorite restaurant overlooking the sea serving Caribbean and Jamaica cuisine and i love the Sundowner lounge with a perfect view of the sunset. You will be wowed by the decor and equally impressed with everything about this resort."
