Fitness is an important part of my life and working as a group fitness instructor is just one of the ways I keep fitness a central point of my life. I believe in maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle, all year long. The long Alaskan winters require a little creativity and determination to maintain optimum health. I enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities, from training for half marathon in the hills above my house, to intense group cycling classes at the gym. I intend to make fitness a top priority for the rest of my life. I believe in sharing this passion with the people I work with.
