Hi! My name is Shoshana & I've been teaching spin & barre for almost 5 years! The past 3+ years I've owned my own boutique spin and barre studio located outside of Philadelphia, PA! I also have been working for over a year for the top rated news station in Philadelphia, 6ABC Action News, providing fitness tips that air twice a week during the 6am morning news!
To describe my personality: my energy is contagious & I think I definitely have a way of magnetically drawing people in just by being myself. I love to have fun, laugh & make exercising fun! I try not to take myself too seriously & I'm always seeking new ways to improve my teaching skills & just myself in general!
I'm a mom to 4 little boys who constantly inspire me to work harder and be the strongest & best version of myself!
