What an amazing resort this is. You get two resorts in one location. Our room was located on Sandals Barbados side which is located really close to the gym as well as the Yoga Pavilion. Cardio classes, stretch, yoga, and Abs are taught in this area. Aqua class is at taught at the Infinity pool on Sandals Royal side. A quick 5 min. walk from the gym area. Andrea, and Akeem were super nice and helpful. No sound system at gym or yoga, and many times afternoon classes are moved to inside of gym as yoga area is used as a wedding reception area. I brought my own portable speaker for outside and it was fine. Inside Gym there are speakers, but its the music playing for everyone in the gym. Does get challenging if your teaching with your music and the gym music is playing loud. Classes were at 8am, (*cardio) or power walk, Aqua at 11 am, and 4 pm for abs or stretch. Monday, Wednesday and Friday are 3 classes a day- Tuesday and Thursday only one class at 11 am-Aqua. Lots of eating selections, as 21 restaurants tons of bars and 11 pools. And also they have four lane bowling alley, first come first serve.(bring your own socks). We cant wait unitl it opens again and we can return. Guest were all so amazing and fun.
