I loved this resort! On the smaller side and just enough fun and quiet, we had a great time. The entertainment staff made things simple and I had good participation in my classes. Kitchenette and laundry included too!!!

I just got back from teaching here and can not say enough positive things about it! I went with my husband and two sons (10 & 7) The island is very relaxed and quiet which we loved. It is their slow season so the resort was not crowded. We never had to wait for anything. I taught 2 classes each day and went to both blue haven and beach house. They don’t make announcements about classes so I went around and met the guests and told them the details for class. I met amazing people and because it wasn’t crowded I really got to connect with all of them. But day 3 we knew about half of the guests and it was so nice to talk with everyone. There are no words to describe the beach and water. I have been to Jamaica, Aruba, Bahamas and Bermuda and by bar this is the most beautiful. Crystal clear water and sand that feels like soft clay. We also loved the staff and especially our shuttle drivers and smoothie girl! I would highly recommend it and can’t wait to return.

Visited during slow season. Blue Haven was closed. Met with E-director Monday morning to go over schedule. The bluetooth boombox that he provided worked just fine for small aqua classes. Taught aqua and stretch at Alexandra M W F and aqua at Beach House Th and Sat. Used bikes to move between two resorts, it was approx. 7 easy minute ride. Preferred to hang out at the Beach House because of the very attentive service and ability to snorkel right from the beach. The only minus - both resorts had very limited fruit options and even less veggies! Would definitely return.

I taught two classes each day, Aqua and yoga. Class size ranged from 2-15, depending on the resort (I had to teach at Blue Haven and Beach House) I also found promoting my class helped with attendance. There was no equipment or music. I always travel with my own wireless speaker and that was satisfactory. Yoga was on the sand by the ocean. I had a wonderful experience teaching classes at the Alexandra Resort. The food and accommodations were excellent. The guests at the resort were warm, gracious, and friendly. The entertainment team worked with me each day. I would love the opportunity to return to this resort.

Gorgeous properties. At the Alexandra resort the pool is just right for big classes.

The Alexandra Resort is very laid back . I talked to the participants a bit before we began and based the class on their response. Typically most of the guest had little to no prior yoga practice.
