We taught 2 classes. 1 Zumba and 1 Aqua Zumba at 10am and Noon. Zumba had between 1-5 people but we were also outside in Cancun...in August lol. Aqua had between 6-20 depending on song, time, liquid courage. Classes were definitely more into a party atmosphere than a "workout" and there was a lot of in for a song out for a song. Each class was only about 30 min but that seemed to fit peoples attention span pretty well

I just came back from Reflect Krystal Grand and it was great! There is a lovely outside beach to teach Yoga in the shade. I was on for 2 classes in the morning but only one filled up everyday. The staff were really friendly, the food is great and the beach is the best! calm and many shades of blue. We had a great vacation!!!

We spent a fun spring break in March at this resort in the heart of Cancun. The E-Team was extremely welcoming, and seemed genuinely appreciative of the service Fit Bodies instructors provide. My teaching responsibility was two morning classes (9a and 10a) at one of the beach front gardens. As this is a small resort, and most guests seemed more interested in night life than morning exercise, typical attendance for the 9a yoga was 2-4, and only twice did I have takers for the 10a class (which could either be an encore yoga class or bodyweight interval class). Unfortunately, the in-room tablets never showed a correct listing for my classes, so unless guests studied the activity screens in the lobby, they wouldn't know what classes were offered. As this seems to be a common issue at most resorts I've visited, I may start bringing a portable dry erase board and easel to position near my teaching area to help promote classes. The resort had plenty of mats, but instructors will need to bring their own speaker. As for the vacation part, my 7YO son had a blast in the Kids Club, my older son enjoyed the beach sports, and we were able to enjoy a half day afternoon catamaran cruise to Isla Mujeres, with a return sail into the sunset, which was a highlight. I highly recommend this, and be sure to book through the Amstar reps in the lobby as they take care of you from start to finish.

Reflect Krystal is a beautiful resort in the heart of the action in Cancun. The report is totally inclusive, but also an easy walk to lots of restaurants and shopping. I taught two classes in the morning which you lead overlooking the most beautiful water. Lovely spot, lots to do.

Amazing!! The location is perfect because it is secluded on a cul-de-sac behind the hotspots and night time activities of Cancun. Coco Bongo is less than a half mile walk. The beach is huge and you can view the entire hotel zone from your beach chair. Dining options and experience was phenomenal and my room had the same amazing view. Classes are taught on the grass overlooking that amazing beach and both back to back in the morning. An adult infinity pool has that same view! The main pool and kids pool are nicely placed with a swim up bar nearby. The entertainment staff set up the mats, brought cool towels and water for the guests. This is a must visit whether you are traveling with the kiddos, friends or alone.
