I taught an 8 a.m class or walk (different format each day)
a 10 a.m. Water Class and some days a 4:00 class. Wonderful experience as always! This was my 7th trip and they are each wonderful in there own way!

We have been to the Sandals Whitehouse 4 previous times and it is one of the top 3 Sandals resorts(along with Sandals Grande St. Lucian and Antigua). The resort is large and secluded, you have the feeling that you are in a beautiful european small town at all times which in my opinion is nice. Restaurants are sophisticated, food is great, nice gym and the beach is well maintained, even though we always at the main pool. Tennis courts are nice, hard courts in excellent condition also the lighting can be used by guest at any hour. We are grateful we had the opportunity to visit Sandals with Suzelle's program and hope to do it again soon.
