This was my first teaching vacation. The employees were professional, helpful and friendly. I had a great experience teaching yoga. The hotel is newly remodeled and very clean. The food was top notch. They just opened the new spa and it was amazing. This resort was not as large as some other all inclusives I've visited, making it easy to navigate. The shows had some wonderful singers with real talent. It was a great experience.

I taught yoga ( 8.30 and 9,30 am) the week of Mar 8. 2026. Agree with comments about the location being in an open walk area with really no shade and being hot. On the plus side the views over the ocean and pool area are stunning. ET manager, Charly, met me right after I checked in and gave me a tour. went over class details and showed me where mats were stored ( close to course location so not far to take mats). Other than that he was hands off. He did ask
If I would teach two classes ? Turs and Tburs 6::15pm) for his managers. I was excited and prepared to do this and unfortunately both were cancelled about a hour before since they were busy.
The ET was fairly new, bit not a surprise, resort has only been Part of Secrets brand for less than a year. They brought high energy and positivity, with non stop entertainment, Music literally on stop, starting at breakfast ( harp, sax, guitar musicians) into wee hours. Shows in the larger theater mesmerizing.
This is a conference hotel so lots of groups coming and going. Food was of a higher caliber and the customer service strong.
Rooms were spacious, many with ocean or lagoon views. And the hot tub area was one of largest I have seen with strong jets and actually hot. We were in the Preferred Club upgrade which gave you access to Dkybzr, on the 7th floor overlooking lagoon side with breathtaking sunsets and music some nights.

This was a very nice resort! Teaching yoga was tricky because it’s in the middle of a main walkway and very hot if there is no breeze! Lucky for us during my week there was wind! The food was good the staff were nice! It has more of a hotel feel being on the Cancun Hotel Strip but the water was gorgeous. The guests were great and I truly enjoyed teaching at this resort! Lots of participants by the end of the week! So fun!

This resort sits right on "resort row" in Cancun. It is a short ride from the airport. Staff are very friendly, it's clean and there are 6 restaurants all with good fresh food. I taught 2 yoga classes in the morning and attendance was great - 8 to 15 people in each class. I loved that a core group came everyday and we were able to get to know one another and progressively connect one class to the next. I wish I had offered the ET staff the option for me to teach one Pilates and one yoga class to offer variety. In the end each group got a yoga class tailored to their needs and seemed to enjoy it. I did miss having a hot tub near the pools. The only one there was for the preferred members. If you like a lively resort experience, this one is for you.

Lovely resort 15 minutes from the airport. Classes are held at 830 &930. Yoga mats are kept just steps away. Entertainment is nonstop day and night. A true gem of the Secrets collection

I was the Yoga Instructor at this beautiful resort Jan 18-25, 2026. The schedule for teaching is now 2 classes each morning at 8:30 and 9:30 am. Along with the two classes for the executive team which were scheduled on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Both of these were cancelled. There is not a dedicated yoga space but they are working on that. I held class on the beach, in the gym and on the pool terrace depending on weather and guest preferences. The sun is hot, so a hat sunglasses and sunscreen are a must for teaching! My classes varied from 1-10 participants, with only 2 classes of no shows. The resort is beautiful, a small footprint which makes getting to and from areas easy. The restaurants were all amazing, and the staff was the best! A very short ride from the Airport, and easily accessible by bus or taxi to downtown Cancun for shopping and more restaurants, but seriously you don't need to leave the resort! Don't sleep on this one... or do :) so I can go back!

Hello friends. I am having an AMAZING time teaching yoga at Secrets Mirabel Cancun. I am here with my daughter and we are enjoying the turquoise ocean water, comfy palapas, and the whole resort.
I am teaching one 45-minute class a day at 9AM. There are a few different places to teach so I checked with the guests and we are having a class on a terrace over looking the ocean. The E Team plays some beautiful spa music on a speaker. Mats and towels are nearby and it is an easy set up.
Speaking of the E Team they are lovely and sooooo friendly.
Food has been delicious.
I absolutely recommend this resort without any hesitation. Thank you Suzelle Snowden Melissa Krallman Pope Remelyn Baricuatro Stanley and everyone at Fit Bodies Inc.q
