Within the month of your departure date, you will be contacted by our office and instructed how to handle the gift fund. We will direct you to either:
1. Purchase specific, requested items totaling $150USD based on the needs of the resort.
These requested items will be brought to the resorts in your checked baggage or carry-on, so please plan accordingly. Shipping to these countries is not an option.
OR
2. Purchase the Mandatory $150USD package in the Pro Shop. This occurs when items are requested well over the $150 amount so we collect from many guest instructors.
Resorts, no matter how large and how prestigious, do not have a budget for certain items they need for operations in the entertainment and fitness departments. Resorts provide us with a list of specific items to delegate to each traveling pro. Including the gift fund for every week and every instructor is a long-standing and mandatory tradition of Fit Bodies, Inc. programming.
