Create a completed member profile on FitnessProTravel.com to view and book teaching positions. A strong membership profile with current information is required: instructing experience, class offerings, bio, certifications and images of full body and headshot updated annually.
Opportunity for fitness, yoga, sports, and wellness leaders to instruct class to guests at luxurious resorts. Instructors are at the resort on a guest basis, while also vacationing. Members always pay a booking fee per week of reservation, and their own airfare. Companions and dining are included; on the booking site, each position outlines its inclusions.
Wellness specialists of nutrition, Ayurveda, Reiki, wellness coaching, and/or other holistic specialty travel opportunities are increasing and your account creation is encouraged.
Specialties of DJ, musicians (solo/duet), massage therapists are encouraged to hold an account to be notified of those travel opportunities when they arise.

An Account Membership is required to view available travel dates.
Even Free-Trial and Basic Memberships view all availability. Basic members can book available dates traveling within the next 4 weeks. Free Trial members can view travel dates but must select an upgrade to book travel.
Travel Membership: Book up to 13 months in advance.Medallion Membership: Book up to 15 months in advance with a 5% discount on most items.
Medallion members have first access to new position announcements and sometimes is granted booking access further than 15 months out.

Membership fees are non-refundable and expiration dates cannot be altered. Renewals are prorated: All fees are prorated if renewing before the expiration date.

On Fitnessprotravel.com, login and click MY ACCOUNT > Left side to Account Settings (on mobile tap the three horizontal lines) > “Account Profile” for all image & profile updates / “Certifications”> “ADD A NEW CERTIFICATION” prompts.
Remember to save changes.

We highly recommend purchasing Travel Cancellation and Medical Travel Insurance to protect your investment, as we do not offer refunds.
Change Policy
- Outside 90 Days:
- Changes to resort or travel dates can be made for a $250 change fee per week. This fee must be paid immediately to receive a credit for future bookings.
- Credits are valid for travel between May and October.
- Within 90 Days:
- Changes are not permitted within 90 days of departure and are considered cancellations (see Cancellation Policy).
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations within 90 days of departure forfeit all booking fees, incurs a $250 cancellation fee.
Note: Holiday weeks (Easter, Thanksgiving, President’s Week, and the last two weeks of December) are final sales and cannot be changed or credited, and incurs a $250 cancellation fee.

To see the status of an order, login to your membership account on FitnessProTravel.com. When the order is marked "Confirmed", a resort check-in voucher and Trip Details .pdf download are available to review. Review both prior to securing airfare.
After your order is confirmed, airfare can be secured. Fit Bodies does not advise securing airfare prior to confirmation of your order.
Keep in mind that airfare prices rarely decrease, so book as soon as you have confirmation.
Yes. This is welcome. A few resorts disallow multiple consecutive weeks & this would be noted in the position’s description read prior to selecting travel week(s) from the drop down menu of availability. Fit Bodies members may travel as many weeks as they like.
Why is travel insurance extremely important?
- Fit Bodies highly recommends purchasing a standalone Travel Insurance policy immediately after a trip investment is made. Travel insurance is the only way to protect your booking fees and other non-refundable travel investments.
Travel insurance policies provide more comprehensive coverage than credit card coverage, please do not rely on credit card-affiliated traveler's coverage to be adequate.

- Medical and Evacuation Coverage: IMG offers direct billing with providers worldwide, minimizing out-of-pocket expenses, and includes robust evacuation coverage.

If you find a qualified replacement (an active premium member) to cover your vacated position, they can take your place upon payment of the appropriate change fee. This ensures the teaching commitment is fulfilled and minimizes disruption.
Once your teaching vacation is confirmed and airfare is secured, you can book ground transportation. Follow these steps:
- Check Trip Details: After booking confirmation, download the ‘Trip Details’ PDF from your account. It includes all travel and teaching information, including transportation details.
- Have Itinerary Ready: Keep your flight itinerary handy when booking transportation.
- Zone Information: Refer to the Resort Details pages for the correct zone information needed for booking transfers.
-Select resorts offer complimentary transfer, noted on Trip Details pdf, and be aware complimentary is subject to all guests in a party traveling on same itinerary.
-Some resorts will require taxi, as noted on Trip Details.
