Aliza Blair wants to change the health of the world, one woman (men, too!) at a time. Known for her holistic approach to health – the body, mind, and spirit – Aliza is interested in the inside and out: your fitness and your skincare, and how taking care of both affects your spirit. A Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, Aliza has always been athletic and active. Being especially crazy about dance and fitness, Aliza finds a way to combine the two by teaching “BodyJam” and “Zumba” at GoodLife Fitness, where she has been a Fitness Instructor since October 2006. Aliza is the only Canadian IntenSati certified instructor to date. IntenSati, (pronounced "inten-sah-tee"), is a revolutionary workout that uses the practice of combining affirmations with positive actions to create powerful results. She also teaches "GROOVE with Aliza B", a GROOVE Method based, improvised, dance-based movement class, where she takes her devoted students on a journey using different genres of music as their guide.
