My name is Angela and I have been involved in fitness for most of my life. Through high school I was involved in sports. While in college although I did not participate in any sports, I continued my fitness routine by working out on my own and attending aerobic classes. Approximately 12 years ago I was asked if I had ever considered teaching classes at which time I thought I might as well since I was at the gym all the time anyway. That began my fitness path as an instructor. I started with kickboxing and continued on from there. I love teaching classes, training clients one-on-one or through my weekly Bootcamp classes. I just really enjoy helping people to change and improve their lives through fitness.
