Rick Geracie

For the past 36 years I have been a Physical Education Teacher and Coach at Wauwatosa West High School. During that time I was the Physical Education Department Chairman responsible for the development of a comprehensive physical education curriculum. I have many areas of expertise. I was responsible for the develoment of a fitness program at school with emphasis on weight training and cardiovascular fitness. I would be an asset to you in the fitness centers as a personal trainer working on strength development and in the use of the cardiovascular machines in the weight room. I have also been the Head Girls Tennis Coach for the past 15 years. I could bring my organizational and tennis development skills to help the resort guests in tennis skill development. I have had many players advance to the Wisconsin State Tennis Tournament. I know how to deal with adults and would work to help them in the fitness center or on the tennis courts. I am very outgoing and enthusisatic about my job. I believe I would be a great asset to you. I am recently retired from teaching and I would have a very flexible schedule in which I could fill many of your resort needs. I just returned from the Grand Lido Braco Resort in Jamaica for the second time. During this visit a man in the fitness center approached me as a guest instructor while I was working out. After speaking to him I became interested in working as a guest instructor for I have many of the skills you need in your professionals.
