Marcela Perea

Hi. Here is the short version. If anything here sounds interesting, please ask me and I can tell you the long version. I was born in Colombia and lived there until I was fourteen. I then moved to Miami where I discovered sports. While in high school, I developed a passion for fitness and bodybuilding, even participating in many competitions in which I won first place medals. After finishing high school, I had an opportunity to study Fashion Design in Paris. Of course, I could not resist and moved to France. While in Paris, I was always looking for ways to keep fitness incorporated into my life. Six years later, work brought me to Milwaukee, where I continued to make fitness one of my first priorities. Shortly thereafter, I met the man of my dreams and as you might guess, I married and became a mother. I then became Doula Certified to help other mothers accomplish their delivery and birthing goals. While having children and a full time fashion designing career, it made keeping up with my fitness goals a little more challenging. I was always trying, even running many 5k races while pregnant, some with strollers, and all the while tried to maintain a healthy life style. My discipline paid off, and after having my third child, and raising four, I started getting involved with fitness boot camps in 2008. In March of 2009 I decided to make a change for something I wanted to do for a long time. I am very excited to have my own fitness business and I love being a full time Group Training Instructor and Personal Trainer. I am AFAA and CPR Certified. I love fitness and I will do my best to guide you and help you achieve your personal goals. I believe they can all be realized.
