Jamie Carroll

My name is Jamie Carroll and I grew up in Vermont. I was a dancer for over 10 years and a couple years ago became a GF Instructor. My love for fitness and teaching led me to become a Certified Personal Trainer. I am now living in New York City and working as an In home personal trainer with Focus Integrated Fitness, a high end personal training company. www.focusnyc.com. I am also teaching 2 Zumba classes, one on the lower east side in Manhattan and one at a Yoga studio in Brooklyn.
