Bret Smith

My experience in The Health and Fitness Industry began during my education at San Diego State as I was pursued a degree in Athletic Training and continued as I worked as an Assistant Athletic Trainer for 2 yrs at the high school level. From there I received my second degree in Health and PE to teach K-12 grade levels which I did for 6 yrs. During that time I began personal training as a part time job and moved full time into the Fitness Industry in 2006. I have now worked for The Golden Door Spa as a Fitness Specialist for 3 yrs in addition to building my own small fitness business on the side that includes personal training, boot camps and self defense classes and seminars.  I live in beautiful San Diego California and work at a picturesque destination spa and I would love the opportunity to train clients abroad.
