Stacy Keister

I am Certified in the following: BodyPump, BodyCombat, Rpm, BodyStep, BodyAttack (Certified through Lesmills). I received my Associates Degree Physical Fitness Specialist from Pennsylvania College of Technology. I'm a NDEITA Certified Personal Trainer. I'm currently an 5th year owner of a GOld's gym in Lewisburg, Pa. I teach around 32 classes a month. Overall I love to workout and see different people accomplish there fitness goals!
