I have always been involved in health and fitness.  I began teaching Hi/Low Impact Aerobics in early 1980's, and have evolved with the industry into several other formats.  I find teaching on both a group level and personal level one of the most rewarding and exciting experiences in my life.  It is very gratifying to connect with a client(s) to keep them excited about making a lifestyle change that is going to help them be healthier and happier and while having fun.
