Nancy Urwin

I am a happy, enthusiastic, curious and outgoing person.  I love being active and I love working with people so this has always been the job for me.  I love music, moving, feeling strong and healthy.  Being able to share that with other people just makes it so much better.

My curious side loves to know all the stuff that makes the body work and why we do what we do to get fit and what works.  My creative side loves the challenge of putting together an awesome, fun, engaging class and my social side loves that fact that my reward is sharing what I love with people.

I love all of my classes but Zumba is my passion.  It is a great workout but so much more.  It provides the ability to transport people in a way that I have just never seen in any other fitness class.  My Zumba classes could be a vacation inside the vacation only adding to the flavour of your clients experience.  I hope to have the opportunity to share this with your group.
