Sheri Shaw

I possess a bachelors in Community Health and have spent my adult years becoming healthier, stronger, and a cheerleader/enthusiast for health. I have worked at a private gym, Refinery, in Champaign, Illinois, for three years. I am a instructor for the Certified International Les Mills Program, Body Pump. I have also taught bootcamp classes centered around strength, sculpting, stability, and pushing oneself to the limits in fitness through cardio and isolation activities. I am completing my PhD and am an advocate for the education and support of research for diabetes and asthma. I have an informational NFP, www.vernon-eugene.org, which educates those inflicted and family members/others on asthma and diabetes. In sum, I am a lover of people, a lover of fitness, and enjoy any opportunity to educate, support, and promote healthy lifestyles.
