I have been teaching group fitness for the past 6 years for George Mason University. I also currently own and run a full time personal training and counseling business. I have enjoyed many of my continuing education classes, including The Mechanics of Injury Prevention, Mid Life Fitness for Women, and Small Group Personal Fitness Training, as well as many others. I enjoy running half marathons and competing in triathalons. I also recently had the opportunity to speak to a group at Lockheed Martin about the benefits of health and fitness. I do this for a living because I am passionate about fitness. I enjoy pushing myself to new levels as well as teaching others to do the same for themselves. In the group fitness as well as personal training environment, I have also gained a great deal of experience teaching a variety of levels safely and effectively. I look forward to taking these skills into the resort environment.
