I am a 50 year old female with a love for Health & Fitness. Being a healthy person is so important to me. I love to share my knowledge with others & try to give them a vision for life. I believe in positive thinking and that you receive much when you give much.

Currently I have my own Studio as well as also being a Independent Contractor for another Fitness Center.
