Nancy Kruger

I have been blessed with a full scholarship to college for swimming, graduated with a B.S., pursued Physical Therapy, but fell in love with the fitness industry. I enjoyed furthering my education through the American College of Sports Medicine, and growing professionally in the Group Fitness aspect of health clubs. I have also worked for both private and non-profit facilities as a Health and Fitness Director in different cities and states. Instructing fitness classes has been a passion for over 10 years and is a consistent part of my life as well as for my husband and two kids.
