I have been a BCRPA group fitness leader for almost 10 years now.  I have taught everything from spinning to step to cardio kickboxing.  I am also a Supervisor of Fitness Leaders, which allows me to evaluate other fitness leaders to ensure they are complying with BCRPA standards.  I currently work for the City of Port Moody as their Program Fitness Supervisor.  I plan and implement the fitness classes, hire new instructors as well as oversee all fitness related issues that arise within the city.  I also train private clients as well as teach 5-6 various fitness classes per week.  I have been competing in figure competitions since 2006, so I also have a lot of knowledge in nutrition and weight training.
