University Of Minnesota -Minneapolis Degree- Kinesiology Emphasis- Sport Management Began Practicing Yoga in 2000. In the Spring of 2004 I was asked by my yoga instructor at The Firm to become a yoga instructor. From there I did my Yogafit Certification in Seattle and began instructing at The Firm in September of 2004. I have continued my yoga education by doing further teacher trainings and working with my fellow yoga instructors.
