I have been a resort instructor serving a rotating clientele for 25 years, as well as private personal training and yoga clients. In addition I am an active third degree black belt in Kyukido, a mixed martial art. I specialize in clients with special needs and health challenges. I have worked with clients with COPD and weight issues.
