Elizabeth Harsma began instructing group exercise and personal training since 2006. An active person since she was a child, Elizabeth enjoys a variety of movement forms including: fitness classes like step, cycling, kickboxing and high/low as well as dance based fitness, swimming, yoga, Pilates, running and multi-sport competitive events. As a trainer and instructor she is dedicated to inspiring passion for well-being and an authentic approach to a healthy balanced life.
