Sara is certified through the ISSA, a certified Nutrition Together consultant and has been involved in fitness and physical activity since age three when mom and dad finally let her enroll in her first ice skating class. She followed her short skating career with a lifetime of physical fitness activities including gymnastics, soccer, track and field, water polo, mountain biking, hiking, and marathon training. Sara has always enjoyed working with people in positions where mental and physical strength and endurance have complemented one another.
She enhances her life with regular weight training and maintains a balanced lifestyle. She is motivated to motivate others by the people in her life including her coworkers and clients. She believes in the words of Charles Darwin, "It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change". When mental and physical fitness are part of our daily lives, we are ready to present our best selves in order to overcome any challenges that may face us.
