Jessica Campbell grew up in White Bear Lake, Minnesota and graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Language and Literature in 2006. After living in Australia for a year, she came back to Minnesota and graduated from the National Personal Training Institute in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota in 2008 with a vocational degree in Personal Training. She began teaching group fitness in 2003 and is now a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), a Certified Group Fitness Instructor with the National Exercise Trainer’s Association (NETA) and a Certified Yoga Instructor with YogaFit. She has also completed the coursework for Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT Jumpstart). She is very excited to take on this role with all of its challenges, responsibilities and possibilities. “Controlling the diet and getting the willpower to exercise is hard. But not doing those things would be even harder in the long run.”
