Rene' Serrate

I have been in the Fitness Industry for over 20 years.  I just recently won first place, figure novice division with SNBF on June 26, 2010.  I believe Health and Fitness should be number one in people's lives.  I encourage, motivate, and inspire my clients to set goals and achieve those goals without hesitation.  I teach people to believe in themselves and know that they are important and come first.

I currently work for Senergy Fitness out of Bodyplex in Cumming, GA as a Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist.

I have lived in Atlanta, Georgia my entire life.  I have married my soul mate and have two beautiful children.  My son, Sebastian and my daughter, Anna Zophia.  I also have a chihuahua named Chico.

My long time goal is to achieve my pro card to compete professionally in Figure Fitness competitions and continue to inspire others to make fitness first in their own lives.
