I have been involved with fitness all my life.
For the past 22 1/2 years I have been teaching and motivating others to work out and hopefully have fun doing it. I have been married almost 30 years. I have 2 grown daughters.
Right now I spend my days teaching about 17 classes a week while also training clients. The classes I teach are varied. Choreographed dance routines, Pilates Mat, Pilates Ring, Yoga, Strength and Abs, Pre-Season Conditioning are the classes I am teaching at the moment. In the past I have also taught Power Dance and Latin Groove,
