I am very experienced in all aspects of the fitness industry.  I owned and ran my own fitness facility for 4 years.  I am mature reliable and very safety oriented.  I am a very popular group fitness instructor.  I show modifications and different intensity levels so that any one is able to enjoy my class.  My clients can tell that really I care and that helping others with their fitness is my passion.
