With my certification and experience I have the knowledge to design your program that will include Cardio, Flexibility, and Resistance Training that will help you achieve the results you want. This program will be created to meet YOUR needs, teach you proper techniques, and is based on what makes exercising enjoyable for you. With your custom program designed by me, you will be sure you are working toward your goals and see results faster. While training as a Pole Vaulter at the University of Florida, I learned a great deal about weight training, plyometrics, conditioning, Olympic lifts, sprint drills, and core strength drills. My advanced knowledge of training will help athletes and anyone else improve their strength, speed, technique, coordination, and performance. After college I moved to Phoenix AZ. to train for the Pole Vault. For nine months I trained with 2 Olympic Gold medalists, a World Champion Pole Vaulter and their Coach. From this experience I learned what successful people are made of and how you have to dedicate yourself to your goals be successful.
