I have been in the fitness business for over 27 years and love every changing moment of it. I started out teaching group fitness classes and felt the need to have and do more, so I then branched off into personal training, specialty training  and then fitness management.  I have managed a team of over 12 trainers and over 50 group instructors and classes at the largest and one of the leading all women's health clubs in the Tampa Bay Area.  I am always looking for ways to continue my education and bring new innovative ideas and programming to my clients and students. In addition to my past fitness management position I also teach group classes (Pilates, stretch, cycle, HIT, TRX, weight training,), personal train clients, and was a presenter at Shapes Fitness Academy. 

I am currently an independent contractor and fitness consultant  I work out of my home, clients homes and small independent fitness locations.  I feel this offers my clients personalized attention.  I offer one on one personal training and small group workouts

 In addition to this, I am a Flight Attendant at American Airlines and hold a purser position flying internationally to many caribbean destinations. I love having a dual career in my passions for fitness, customer service and travel. I am very fortunate to be able to do this. 

I have taught several group formats in pilates, barre, stretch, yoga lates, and cycle fitness.  I incorporate many of those same principles of pilates in my personal training business. I believe fitness can be fun, empowering and can change lives.

In the past, I  traveled with Fit Bodies, Inc. to Dominican Republic (Breezes) and Saint Martin as a pilates Instructor personal trainer,   and held  a morning walk and stretch class   I met wonderful guests and staff.   Every opportunity is an incredible experience and I look forward to more traveling with Fit Bodies.
