I am a active thirty eight year old women who enjoys exercise and adventure. I have obtained my Pilates certification through The Pilates Method Alliance and have current CPR and first aid certification. I have successfully completed a local Triathlon in my community and continue to challenge myself both mentally and physically.  I am currently teaching Pilates and working in a web design company. I enjoy reading, spending time with my family and Dance.
