Nicole Hamilton

Nicole Hamilton has been teaching yoga since 2001. Primarily trained and certified in Ashtanga yoga, she has taken additional teacher trainings in Anusara and Yin yoga. Her classes combine the fluidity and athleticism of the Ashtanga discipline with the attention to detail and therapeutic elements of Anusara yoga . She strives to teach classes that are dynamic, invigorating, and inspiring – all while paying careful attention to each student’s individual needs. Her goals are to help her students get stronger and more flexible, relieve stress, and find greater balance and peace of mind through yoga.  She also enjoys showing her students how a strong yoga practice can help them excel in other areas, and has designed yoga classes specifically for musicians, writers, and athletes.    

Nicole has taught classes around Cincinnati, and has guest taught at studios in Stuart, Florida and Ashville, NC.  She has taken yoga classes and teacher trainings from many renowned instructors including Mitchell Blier, Sianna Sherman, Paul Grilley, and Doug Swenson but her most influential teachers are Cincinnati’s Indu Bhardwaj and Shalini Latour. She also gets daily yoga lessons from her 11-year-old dog, Pandora.
