I have been teaching yoga since the fall of 2008.  I have taught over 500 classes.  I like all styles of yoga - but I typically teach a vinyasa flow series.  I have also trained in Yoga Nidra - more of a meditative style of yoga.

 

I recently finished training in beginner pilates mat - And have just started teaching beginner pilates, as well as combining yoga and pilates in a "Yolates" class.

I have worked in the field of nutrition for over 20 years.  In the past, I have worked in hospital and clinic settings - but presently just doing private consultations.
