Instructor Tricia Fornaro received her Masters in Teaching Health and Physical Education from Montclair State University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from UNCW. Tricia has over twelve years experience teaching Yoga, instructing nutritional programs, and personal fitness training. Her personal fitness journey includes over ten years spent exploring and practicing Yoga as well as lifelong fitness and athletics. Tricia is dedicated to the holistic practice of Yoga in life and in physical fitness. Tricia is currently teaching at Kean University, courses which include Technology and the Young Child, Volleyball, and Aerobic Dance. Tricia also avidly enjoys coaching Field Hockey and Lacrosse at Newark Academy, Livingston, NJ. She has a great wealth of experience instruction adults and children in their fitness endeavors as well as in sports and athletics. Additionally, Tricia is an avid athlete participating in many recreational sports like volleyball, field hockey, flag football and enjoys returning to childhood fun and playing in a social kickball league. I have experience in many class formats such as Pilates, Cardio Kickboxing, Awesome Abs, Body Conditioning and Body Sculpt. From meditative and strengthening to high intensity aerobic toning every class focuses on muscle building and firming, stretching, increasing your energy and relaxation. Tricia is sure to create an environment that includes total mid-body work-out in every class. People of all levels are welcome in my classes because I include easily adaptable modifications to fit everyone's particular needs. I love to have a class filled with energy so I encourage people to come prepared to sweat, smile, and have a great time.
