Karey Wolstenholm

My name is Karey and I am a mother of 3 and happily married. I have always loved health and fitness. My profession before having children was Paramedics. I have been blessed to not have to work and be a stay at home mother. During this time I have gotten certified to teach group fitness and mat pilates. Being able to teach fitness has been a true joy. I am also the Aerobic Administrator for our church's Family Life Center. I have worked their for five and a half years (teaching group fitness and pilates).
