Suzy Frick

Suzy Frick is a Certified Group Exercise( AFAA ) and Personal Trainer  (NASM )and Licensed Massage Therapist who loves to share her passion for fitness and health. While  Suzy's  main love is running, and family activities, she also enjoys teaching various group exercise classes, and spinning, (certified through Madd Dogg)  aqua aerobics, and many styles of group exercise in general.  Teaching Boot Camp and  other outdoor activities with her energetic approach, Suzy has helped many people make lasting improvements to their health, vitality and physical fitness.
