My name is Stacy Grieco. I am 42 years young and feel 24 years old. I am a mother of four girls and married to a wonderful man. I danced a lot as a child and belonged to a dance company until around the age of 16. i have been involved in fitness all my life whether an employee or just going with my mom, I was what people now call a "gym rat".
