Lindsey Nicholson

Over the past several years, I have developed a real desire to be physically fit and healthy and I love to share that desire and lifestyle with others.  I have been teaching between 2 and 8 classes per week over the last year.  These classes include:  Pilates, Ahhsome Abs, Yoga, Yogalates, and Spinning.  I am constantly attending workshops and conventions to learn new techniques and grow as an instructor.  I have a very upbeat and friendly personality which I believe makes me an approachable and effective instructor. I am very enthusiastic about teaching, and I have a positive attitude towards my students.
