I've been teaching almost 15 years in a wide range of settings and fitness levels. Most recently I teach at my local YMCA 4 nights a week. There I teach Zumba 2 nights a week and also a Body Flex class. I've also taught Cardio Fitball classes, Cardio Groove classes, a Booty Camp class and aquasize on occassion. I have experience with the Bosu ball, Stability ball, bands, step bench, weights and more.
